These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zikir Vakti Android application published by Haceverse and of the haceverse.vercel.app website. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Definitions
- Haceverse: the publisher of the app and the website.
- Service: the Zikir Vakti app, its backend services, the Wear OS app and this website.
- User: anyone who accesses the service or creates an account.
2. Scope of the service
Zikir Vakti provides the following:
- Quran: mushaf reader, translation catalogue with offline downloads, tafsir, audio recitation, memorisation, word study, search and a daily reading goal
- Dhikr and dua: a sourced content library, tasbih counter, the Beautiful Names, awrad and ahzab, personal wird
- Prayer and times: prayer times, persistent time notification, adhan-time recitations, nafilah and fasting reminders, qada tracking, hijri calendar and qibla
- Knowledge: catechism library with in-text search and quizzes, Riyad as-Salihin hadith collection, daily wisdom
- Community: khatm, halaqa, great jihad, condolences and a discovery feed
- Tracking: worship score, streak, statistics, goals and badges
- Dua Workshop: layered munajat creation and community sharing
- AI-assisted assistant, smart search and content explanations
- Device experience: Android home screen widgets and a Wear OS app

3. Account
3.1. Creating an account
- You must be thirteen years of age or older
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- You must not share your password with anyone
3.2. Using your account
- Your account is for your personal use only
- Accounts may be suspended if suspicious activity or abuse is detected
- Report any unauthorised use immediately to haceverse@gmail.com
To delete your account, use the account deletion page.
4. User content
4.1. Responsibility
- You are responsible for the content you create
- Your content must respect Islamic values and general decency
- Insults, profanity, hate speech, unfounded religious rulings and misleading information are prohibited
4.2. Rights
- You retain the rights to the content you create
- When you publish to the community you grant us the technical permission needed to display, store and back up that content within the service
- You may delete your content at any time
4.3. Editorial review
Dhikr and dua content submitted to the community is reviewed by an editor before publication. Content that breaches these terms is not published or is removed.
5. Prohibited uses
- Using the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempting to access other users’ accounts
- Distributing malware
- Posting spam or unsolicited content
- Infringing copyright
- Circumventing security measures or reverse engineering the service
- Automated scraping or overloading the infrastructure with excessive requests
- Harassing or disturbing other users
6. Intellectual property and religious content
The app interface, software, brand and materials belonging to Haceverse are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Religious content such as the Quran text, translations, tafsir, hadith, catechism and awrad is subject to the terms of its respective source and publisher. We list every source we use on the sources page. If you find an attribution error, please tell us.
7. Paid features and advertising
The core spiritual modules are free and the free tier is ad-supported. Paid plans raise the AI quota and remove ads. No plan shows ads on Quran screens.
Payments are processed through Google Play. Current prices, subscription term, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are shown in Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s rules.
8. AI features
Text generated by AI is informational and does not constitute a fatwa. In catechism question-and-answer, responses are generated only from the catechism text and the sections used are cited as sources. For a binding ruling you must consult qualified sources. You acknowledge that generated text may contain errors.
9. Religious content disclaimer
The app is provided to support and inform your personal worship. It is not a substitute for legal, medical or official religious advice. Prayer times and qibla direction are calculated as accurately as possible, but deviations may occur due to device sensors, location accuracy and data source availability. When in doubt, follow local official times.
10. Changes to the service
Haceverse reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features, content or availability of the service. We give reasonable advance notice of significant changes.
11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. Haceverse:
- Does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Is not responsible for third-party content and services
- Is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We take reasonable technical measures to back up your data.
12. Suspension and termination
Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or closed. Except for serious breaches, we issue a warning first where possible. You may also delete your account yourself at any time.
13. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Collection Disclosure.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current text is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the competent authorities designated by consumer legislation.
